Vitaldi Cooray
Our Founder
Vitaldi is a second-generation property developer and the driving force behind Vitaldi Capital. With over a decade of hands-on experience through his family's Melbourne-based property group, he has been deeply involved in every facet of the property lifecycle — from acquisition and design to construction, sales, and asset management.
Built from the ground up
Vitaldi Capital was founded with a clear mission: to offer wholesale investors a stable and reliable pathway to fixed-income returns, underpinned by real assets and rigorous lending standards. Our roots trace back over a decade in the Australian residential development space, where our team, through a family-owned property group, was deeply involved in the full life cycle of projects — from acquisition and design through to construction and sales.
This hands-on experience gave us a unique perspective: while quality developers often struggled to secure timely, tailored capital, investors seeking stable returns were left underserved by traditional fixed-income products. Vitaldi Capital was created to bridge that gap — offering a smarter, more efficient alternative in the private credit market.
Today, we operate with institutional-grade processes and a boutique mindset. Every opportunity we assess is underpinned by thorough due diligence, conservative structuring, and a disciplined approach to risk. We focus on lending where we have deep domain expertise: secured loans against residential and low-risk commercial assets across Australia’s major growth corridors.
Our vision is to become a pillar in the Australian investment landscape — a firm known for delivering dependable returns, preserving investor capital, and building enduring partnerships. We don’t chase volatility or overpromise. Instead, we align with experienced borrowers, structure every deal with integrity, and work to protect the trust our investors place in us every day.
As we grow, our commitment remains unchanged: to be a responsible custodian of capital, to lead with clarity, and to contribute meaningfully to Australia’s built future.
